The Empowered Innovation Alliance (EIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization inspired by its founder, Yvette Dubel’s work as an Artist-Researcher, applied to actionable projects advancing social innovation. EIA is not merely about delivering a series of projects; it represents a commitment to using art-based approaches as a catalyst for personal and societal transformation towards a world that works for all of us.

The Empowered Innovation Alliance (EIA) is a nonprofit organization committed to dismantling systemic racism and antiblackness as barriers to social innovation. We embrace art-based frameworks to reframe the conversation on racism through healing, empowerment, and resilience. By fostering collaboration, we equip change-makers, community leaders, and activists with tools to drive transformative social progress and sustainable futures.
